What to expect in spin
Forty-five and sixty minute classes, all levels. Keiser bikes, a top sound system and killer lighting. You ride to the beat through hills, jogs, sprints and choreography. SPD clip-in shoes are used, and rentals are available at the front desk.
What to expect in strength
Forty-five minutes, full-body, on the mat with dumbbells, bands, pilates balls and bodyweight. The lights are low and the music is loud. Classes are barefoot and modifications are always available.
What to expect in yoga
Sixty minutes of recovery and stretch for all levels. Yoga balances out spin and strength so the dose stays steady. Mats can be rented, and towels and blocks are provided.
What to bring
Arrive 20 minutes early. Bring water — it is also sold in the studio — and wear sweat-wicking clothes. For strength and yoga, bring a mat or borrow one.
Clip-in shoes
Spin classes use SPD clip-in shoes. If you do not have your own, rentals are available at the front desk.
Injuries
Tell your instructor about any injuries before class so they can offer modifications. Modifications are always available.
