The experience

What it feels like.

Every strength class is different, but the job is always the same: work every muscle group with a mix of dumbbells, bands, pilates balls and bodyweight. Instructors walk the room through the equipment before class, so you are never guessing what to pick up.

The lights are down and the music is up. You spend the class on a mat, barefoot, moving through full-body work at your own level. If something does not feel right, say so before class and the instructor will offer a modification.

Strength is the anchor of a balanced week at DOSE. It pairs naturally with spin for cardio and yoga for recovery, and the format is open to all levels.

What happens in the room.

  1. 00 · BEFORE

    Arrive 20 minutes early

  2. 01 · SET UP

    Mat and equipment

Bring your own mat or borrow one. At check-in you will find out which weights and props to grab. Classes are barefoot, so shoes stay off.

  3. 02 · THE WORK

    Full body, low lights

Forty-five minutes of dumbbells, bands, pilates balls and bodyweight. Every class is different, and modifications are always available.

  4. 03 · AFTER
