What it feels like.
Yoga at DOSE is a recovery dose. For an hour, the room slows down: pro instructors guide you through a variety of poses designed to help you restore your body and stretch the muscles that spin and strength leave tight.
Classes are open to all levels. Modifications are always available and safety is the instructor's top priority. If you are new to yoga, expect to leave wanting more; if you already train hard, expect to leave more balanced.
The yoga room is the same strength room you know, with a stellar sound system, huge mirrors, air conditioning and gorgeous lighting. The pace is different. The care is the same.
